Your satisfaction is our priority at Coat Tender! We take great care in inspecting all products before they ship to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.

While we don't typically accept returns, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to a manufacturer defect or mistake on our end, please reach out to us right away. We're committed to making it right for you and will work quickly to find a solution, which may include a replacement.

COAT TENDER™

At the Coat Tender Company, we take pride in the quality of our tools. Each Coat Tender is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.

Due to our thorough inspection process, we are unable to accept returns on the Coat Tender. We are confident in the quality of this product upon shipment. Sometimes mistakes do happen, so if you feel this is the case or you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all products unless an exception is made.
